The Institute of Leadership has a vibe that is unique, with the ability for creating events that truly inspire, include and invigorate you.
This show managed the rare feat of being a celebration without being sanctimonious, and fun without turning farcical. The venue, food, service and entertainment were excellent.
You’ve set the bar high!
It really was the best awards ceremony anyone at my table said they’d been to (and between us I think we have probably done over 100 in the last few years).
Naturally, I’m delighted to have walked away with a beautiful and sustainable trophy. But it was a great event even without that – lovely choice of hotel, good food, great organisation, entertaining speeches and a ceremony that didn’t go on too long. It was an honour to be included in it.

I would like to stay, do you have a preferred rate?
The Hilton London Bankside have offered a preferential rate of £344 per room, per night, inclusive of English Breakfast for single occupancy.
The cut-off date for this allocation is 17th October 2025, guests may cancel without charge up until this date. Credit cards will be charged at the time of booking, with full refunds issued for any cancellations made before the cut-off date.

How do I get to the venue?
Underground and Rail
Visitors travelling on the London Underground can take the Jubillee line to Southwark station which is 0.3 miles from the hotel, a 5 minute walk.
Or on the Northern line you can use Borough Station which is 0.6 miles, a 12 minute walk
If you are travelling by overground rail services, London Waterloo Rail Station is 0.7 miles which is a 14 minute walk
Parking
The hotel does not have a car park but there are car-parks locally within 0.5 miles.

The hotel concierge team can arrange taxi’s for you, contact them on concierge@hiltonbankside.co.uk
On your arrival at Hilton London Bankside, arrive through the hotel main entrance and then take the lift or stairs to the Bankside Ballroom.

Is there a dress code for the event?
The Leadership Awards has a Black Tie dress code. Cultural or Military finery is welcome.
I have dietary/accessibility requirements, can they be accommodated?
When booking your ticket you will be asked if you have any dietary requirements, Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free or other. We may be in touch to confirm your requirements but please be assured most dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated.

Payment information & can I get a refund if I change my mind?
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact events@leadership.global and we can send you a pro forma invoice & bank details to make a transfer.
Tickets to the event are non-refundable, we are happy to transfer the ticket to another guest. Please note depending on when this is done, the attendee may not be able to choose their own menu. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact us and we can discuss the available options.
