We have secured an incredible venue to host Leadership Live 2025 and hope to make your trip as straightforward as possible.

Accommodation at Hilton London Wembley

While there are a range of accommodation options available in the Wembley area, you may wish to stay at the Hilton London Wembley — the venue for our event — for added convenience.

Our discounted rooms have now been released but if you would like to book with Hilton London Wembley, please visit their site here.

How do I get to the venue?

If travelling by public transport:

Wembley Park Underground Station is a 5-7 minute walk away. Serving Metropolitan and Jubilee lines.

Wembley Stadium Overground is a 8 minute walk away. 

Wembley Central is another option, about a 10-15 minute walk. Serving Bakerloo and London Overground. 

Buses 181822978392. stop for Wembley Stadium with the hotel 7 mins walk away. 

If travelling by car:

Car parking is available adjacent to the hotel, less than a 3-minute walk, this cannot be pre-booked however our guests get a discount of £15 per day, payable to the hotel upon departing the event. 

If travelling by air:

London Heathrow Airport is approximately 9.6 miles away. 

Other nearby airports include London City 14.8 miles and London Luton 23 miles. 

On your arrival at Hilton London Wembley, we will have a host in the main lobby to greet you, then make your way upstairs to the 3rd floor, lift also available, where you will meet our Events Team. 

We will register you for the event, give you your lanyard and a complimentary gift awaits you. We can advise on WiFi, the location of toilets and our Leadership Live Book Shop and you can settle in for a day of inspiration and networking! Our Events team are on hand all day with any queries you may have.

Ticket options and pricing

We offer a range of ticket options to suit your needs:

  • Member Ticket – discounted rate available to members of all grades of The Institute of Leadership. Simply enter your membership number at checkout.
  • Non-Member Ticket – available to those who are not yet members. You’re welcome to join the Institute to gain access to exclusive events and a wide range of online learning resources.
  • VIP Ticket – £750.00 (open to both members and non-members)
    Elevate your experience with full access to the conference, your logo featured and hyperlinked as an official event supporter, and the opportunity to network directly with delegates via the event app, including one-to-one meeting bookings.

We also believe shared learning is powerful. Attending with colleagues or peers from your network encourages meaningful reflection and creates accountability after the event. To support this, we offer £50.00 off each ticket when you book five or more tickets as a group.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact events@leadership.global and we can send you a pro forma invoice & bank details to make a transfer.

What is MarketSpace Live and The Leadership Live Book Shop?

Come and meet The Institute Team at our MarketSpace Live, you can meet the membership team, Corporate team and explore our products and services. We also have our Leadership Live Book Shop as we have a variety of notable authors within our speakers for this event and some past speakers too, you will have the opportunity to purchase their titles on the day. You may even have the chance to get your book signed by the author. 

Is there a dress code for the event?
Leadership Live is our annual conference, and business attire is recommended, no strict dress code is in place and no change of clothes required for dinner.
Networking isn't my strong point, how do I get the most out of it?

We understand it sounds daunting to some, that’s why we organised a virtual event prior to Leadership Live.

I have dietary/accessibility requirements, can they be accommodated?
When booking your ticket you will be asked if you have any dietary requirements,

Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free or other, we may be in touch to confirm your requirements but please be assured most dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated.

Tickets to the event are non-refundable, we are happy to give you virtual access to the morning sessions or transfer the ticket to another delegate. Please note depending on when this is done, the attendee may not be able to choose their own workshops. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact us and we can discuss the available options.

Will there be photography and videography at the event?

Yes, photography and videography will be taking place throughout the event. This content may be used by The Institute of Leadership, as well as by speakers and other attendees, for promotional and marketing purposes – including on websites, social media, and other communications.
