Most Innovative Institute Approved Programme
Applicants for this award will demonstrate how they embrace new thinking and developments in online learning to facilitate peer support and to deliver engaging, interactive, and personalised learning to a wide and diverse audience. The programmes must focus on whole-person development, challenge learners to be their authentic selves, provide strategies to overcome the ‘unwanted fears’ of leadership, such as fear of failure and imposter syndrome, and they ensure learners are provided with the skills and behaviours to make an impact in both their current and future roles.
This award is only open to those who have an Institute of Leadership, Institute Approved Programme.

What are people saying? 🤩
Don’t take it from us, listen to our Leadership Awards 2023 feedback
”Inspiring great leadership. Everywhere.
The Institute of Leadership has a vibe that is unique, with the ability for creating events that truly inspire, include and invigorate you.”
”This show managed the rare feat of being a celebration without being sanctimonious, and fun without turning farcical. The venue, food, service and entertainment were excellent.
You’ve set the bar high!”
”It really was the best awards ceremony anyone at my table said they’d been to (and between us I think we have probably done over 100 in the last few years)”
Naturally, I’m delighted to have walked away with a beautiful and sustainable trophy. But it was a great event even without that – lovely choice of hotel, good food, great organisation, entertaining speeches and a ceremony that didn’t go on too long. It was an honour to be included in it.
