Conference Agenda
- Arrival & Registration (from 9:00am): Start the day with refreshments, connect with fellow delegates, and explore membership information points and the Leadership Book Shop.
- Morning Sessions: The main conference opens with a welcome address, followed by keynote talks from a range of expert speakers and a live panel discussion.
- Lunch & Networking (from 12:45pm): Enjoy a relaxed lunch, meet peers, and browse Marketspace Live for leadership resources and ideas.
- Afternoon Workshops: Choose from a variety of interactive sessions focused on practical leadership skills. These run across three time slots, giving you flexibility and choice.
- Evening Networking (from 5.00pm): Round off the day with informal networking dinner and drinks.
The event runs from 9:00am to around 6:45pm and is designed to offer a balance of inspiration, learning, and connection – all in one place.

- Member Ticket – discounted rate available to members of all grades of The Institute of Leadership. Simply enter your membership number at checkout.
- Non-Member Ticket – available to those who are not yet members. You’re welcome to join the Institute to gain access to exclusive events and a wide range of online learning resources.
- VIP Ticket – £750.00 (open to both members and non-members)

We also believe shared learning is powerful. Attending with colleagues or peers from your network encourages meaningful reflection and creates accountability after the event. To support this, we offer £50.00 off each ticket when you book five or more tickets as a group.

Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free or other, we may be in touch to confirm your requirements but please be assured most dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated.

Payment information & can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Tickets to the event are non-refundable, we are happy to give you virtual access to the morning sessions or transfer the ticket to another delegate. Please note depending on when this is done, the attendee may not be able to choose their own workshops. If you need to transfer your ticket, please contact us and we can discuss the available options.
Will there be photography and videography at the event?
If you do not wish to be featured in any photos or video footage, please let us know in advance by emailing Karen.usmani@leadership.global.
